Leveraging the Coca-Cola strategy of “Open Happiness”, Offlimit communications was tasked with creating a brand activation mechanic for the World Cup 2010 to create the desired brand experience for Coca-Cola guests.
Coca Cola guests watching the opening and closing matches in Johannesburg, and the semi-final in Cape Town, experienced the Perfect Serve Squad serving them a perfectly chilled Coca-Cola at the Rosebank Hotel and at The Capetonian Hotel upon arrivals and departures.
The memorable brand experience combined and reinforced Coca-Cola’s Open Happiness brand strategy.
